About Manda
Manda Mosier has been an educator in the Keystone Central School District since 2001. She is elementary certified, holds a Master of Science in Education, and earned a STEM endorsement certificate to further her passion for hands-on, inquiry-based learning. Manda graduated from Penn State University in 2000 and has served students in a variety of roles including Title I Specialist, 2nd Grade teacher, 4th Grade teacher, and is currently the STEM teacher at Robb Elementary, as well as an enrichment instructor for both Woodward and Robb Elementary schools. Manda is passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in young learners. Outside of the classroom, she is a proud mom to five children, ranging in age from 12 to 19. She and her fiancé of six years love making memories outdoors, whether it's camping, sitting around a campfire, riding trails, cheering at dirt track races, or simply spending time together as a family.
Why do you serve on the Keystone Central Foundation Board of Directors?
I serve on the KCF Board because I believe deeply in the power of community and the importance of creating opportunities for our students and families. After more than two decades in education, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that support, advocacy, and resources can have on a child’s success. Being part of KCF allows me to help strengthen that support system, give back to the community that has given so much to me, and be part of meaningful work that makes a lasting difference.
What do you love most about the Keystone Central Foundation and/or KCSD?
What I love most about KCF and KCSD is the deep sense of community and shared investment in our kids. Everyone—from staff to families to local partners—truly cares about student success and works together to make it happen. It’s inspiring to be part of a community that supports, encourages, and shows up for one another in meaningful ways.
