Educational Improvement Tax Credits (EITC)

The Keystone Central Foundation is the only non-profit in Clinton County to be approved as an Education Improvement Organization (EIO) by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development.

This is a unique program that rewards approved Pennsylvania businesses with an opportunity to donate to the Keystone Central Foundation and be eligible for tax credits equal to 75 percent of its contribution in the first year and equal to 90 percent in the second year.

Although the tax incentive requires an application from the business, the donations provided through this program.
