2022 Heritage Homecoming Dates Set

Keystone Central Foundation Alumni & Friends Host Heritage Homecoming at Central Mountain & Bucktail Football Games

The Keystone Central Foundation Alumni & Friends Association is working hard to find ways to encourage our KCSD graduates to reconnect and help current students embrace the power strong school spirit can bring to the community.

The 2nd Annual “Heritage Homecoming” event will take place at the Central Mountain Football game on September 9 and at the Bucktail Football game on October 14.

The idea, inspired by Alumni & Friends Vice President, Lenny Gugino, is a way to connect alumni from Lock Haven, BEN, and Sugar Valley who don't necessarily have a homecoming anymore with Central Mountain and Bucktail alumni in a way that supports our current students.

Bob Dwyer, a planning committee member and manager of the KCF Alumni Store, would love to see everyone in the stands wearing their school colors. “It would be great if fans pulled out their vintage varsity jackets, t shirts, and hats to wear.” For anyone who may have outgrown their high school favorites or need something new, the Alumni Store is pre-selling apparel representing each of the schools and mascots. “It’s easy to order. People can contact me or email us at kcsdalumni@gmail.com. We ship and deliver too.” according to Coach Dwyer.

Special VIP seating and free game admission will be available for Alumni & Friends members at both games. At Central Mountain, the “Matriarchs” the local alumni majorette group will perform at half time and the Alumni Color Guard will also participate. We’re working on planning a family-friendly tailgate on the CMHS softball field prior to the Central Mountain game.
